Do you love football and enjoy working with children? Football Skills School is looking for energetic and friendly coaches to join our growing team. You’ll be delivering fun lunchtime clubs in local primary schools across the Solihull area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on coaching experience in a supportive environment. Experience is helpful, but not essential. We welcome applicants who are keen to learn, improve their skills and grow as a coach. You’ll receive support, training and opportunities to gain further coaching qualifications while working with us. If you’re reliable, positive and passionate about helping young players develop, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Encourage children of all abilities to participate in the lunchtime sports.
- Communicate positively and provide effective feedback.
- Follow company procedures and policies.
- Maintain professional relationships with children, parents, carers and schools.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children is paramount.
Our Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS
- First Aid Certificated
- FA Safeguarding Certificate
- Be reliable and flexible
Working Hours: (Between 12pm – 1pm, weekdays): Flexible (please inform us of your availability)
