About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven Product Owner to lead our growth and distribution strategy with a focus on the user funnel: acquisition, activation, and retention. You will be the bridge between our high-scale, multi-language content engine and our global audience, ensuring that every innovation we build reaches the right community at the right time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Funnel Ownership: You will sit at the intersection of product and marketing, co-owning the end-to-end user journey.
  • Product Marketing: Act as the internal lead for all product launches, feature updates, and commercial drops. You will manage the lifecycle of feature announcements using well designed onboarding flows.
  • Distribution Strategy: Work closely with our content teams to ensure our content plan is backed by a tailored marketing and promotions plan targeting key audience segments.
  • Hyper-Personalisation: Lead and implement the strategy that encompasses push notifications and email campaigns as well as SEO and social channels. Using user data to tailor creative that drives engagement and returning visits.
  • Campaign Coordination: Lead the product execution for major series and episode launches, merchandise drops, new affiliate verticals, and major tournament hubs. Ensuring high visibility across all web and app touchpoints.

What you have:

  • Proven experience in product growth, digital marketing, or audience development within a high-traffic media or tech environment.
  • Experience in leveraging AI to research, prototype, automate and optimise.
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics.
  • Experience with engagement tools and push/newsletter platforms.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to link user engagement to revenue outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge Skills: A deep understanding of the customer and their needs across different segments. Data-driven and always curious about customer behaviour across our products. Understands the industry.
