Footballco is looking for an ambitious brand content producer to join their exciting and expanding creative department. As a Junior Creative Producer, they will have a solid understanding of all things production – from researching & budgeting, talent management, filming, post-production through to delivery and beyond. Beyond production fundamentals, we are looking for someone with a firm understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements. They will contribute to ensuring our commercial content gets seen, shared and enjoyed.
- Be interested in producing football related branded content.
- Understand how video content can complement and drive a wider content strategy to encourage growth.
- Be an effective communicator and team player who will collaborate with producers, creatives, account managers and strategists to create compelling work.
- Have rudimentary experience in moving image content creation as a shooter and editor.
- Understand filming equipment requirements and production logistics.
- Understand fundamental post-production workflows for edited content including motion graphic integration, formatting, and distribution to social platforms.
- Have the capability to ascertain production requirements against briefs to optimally deliver creative concepts within fiscal and time constraints.
- Negotiation skills relating to talent booking and image/music licensing.
- Enthusiasm toward resolving creative challenges and desire to create market-leading content by continually developing and improving the quality of our output.
- A collaborative attitude to building relationships internally and externally.
- Self-confidence in taking responsibility for assigned projects.
- A good understanding of football and all that it transcends in popular culture (being a football fan is a bonus, but not essential).
- A can-do attitude and the necessary work ethic to handle the fast pace and sometimes unforgiving nature of the creative industry.
