What You’ll be doing:
- Support Seniors in conceiving and executing ambitious branded content campaigns that will delight our clients and Footballco’s enormous global audience.
- Show a desire to own your ideas beyond the pitching phase of a project and get involved with pre-production, production, and post with the support of Senior members of the team.
- Come up with fresh, shareable social content ideas that cut through a crowded marketplace.
- Have an in-depth understanding of all social media platforms, from Instagram to TikTok, and how to create content that gets shared.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, designers and more.
- Foster originality in your ideation, proposing innovative concepts that challenge conventional thinking.
- Be passionate about your ideas and confidently communicate your creative vision to senior members and the wider team.
- Pay close attention to detail when crafting decks, focusing on elements such as imagery and copy.
- Work closely with the production and delivery teams on a daily basis.
- Be client-facing and collaborate with the strategy and client services team.
- Participate in attending shoots, which may require occasional evening and/or weekend work.
- Ensure ideas can happen relative to budgets, timing, and capabilities.
- Be willing to learn and adapt.
- Be hungry to develop and progress in your career.
What You Have:
- A creative portfolio or examples of diverse thinking and eye-catching ideas.
- A stand-out creative mind ready to push the boundaries.
- Experience working in the creative industry, whether in a professional or personal setting.
- A passion for big thinking and an eye for craft across various social channels.
- An understanding of football and its connections to fashion, music, gaming, and culture.
- An interest in and deep knowledge of social media, including experience producing work for various platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders with your storytelling and ideas.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to support Senior members of staff.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn from your team and other departments.
- Ability and willingness to attend our office in Holborn at least 3 times per week.
