About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role will play a critical part in supporting revenue growth across our affiliate partnerships. This is a commercially exposed role. While reporting, admin and commercial tracking form the operational backbone of the position, the right candidate will be comfortable engaging partners, spotting revenue opportunities and using data to unlock incremental growth. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing and the importance that data plays in driving partnership growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Revenue & Performance Analysis
  • Own regular analysis of commercial performance across partners and campaigns
  • Track CPA, EPC, CVR, AOV and LTV and performance trends across markets, vertical and partners
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities from performance data
  • Highlight underperforming deals that need optimisation
  • Support with maintaining clean, accurate CRM data
  • Reconciling month-end of all performance related revenues, ensuring billing accuracy
  • Create structured reporting on how our integrations and affiliate activity perform across social, web, app
  • Growth & Partner Development
    • Build and own a new business pipeline in new markets and new verticals articulating our value proposition and how we drive performance
    • Negotiate improved CPAs, bounties and commercial structures with new and existing partners
    • Build bespoke pitch decks tailored to market, vertical and partner to sell our value proposition using case studies and translating data into compelling narratives
    • Create monthly and quarterly performance updates for key partners
    • Conversion rates, AOV, EPC, revenue per placement, adding new placements into the reporting mix once launched
    • Identify upsell opportunities including increased exposure & premium placements

    What you have:

    • Proven experience in affiliate, performance marketing and/or digital sales
    • Advanced working knowledge of CRM, revenue reporting/reconciliation and affiliate platforms (Salesforce, GA, Impact, Awin, etc.)
    • Demonstrable track record of building and growing commercial partnerships to drive revenue
    • Good negotiation skills with confidence pitching and agreeing commercial terms
    • Experience creating bespoke, data-led proposals tied to CPA, EPC, LTV and ROI metrics
    • Highly organised self-starter with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams
    • Clear understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics and the wider marketing funnel
    • Confidence in analysing and interpreting performance data to unlock growth
    • Problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience within sports, gaming or performance-led digital/social media publishing advantageous
