Overview
At Football Radar, we analyse and predict football matches. In the role of a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for helping design and maintain the cloud infrastructure that makes that possible. This role is based at our London office, at 1 Craven Hill, London, W2 3EN. You will have flexibility to work from home one day a week. Please note we are not considering remote candidates at the moment.
Responsibilities
- Help design and maintain the cloud infrastructure that enables Football Radar\'s analytics platform.
Role requirements / Qualifications
- Extensive understanding of AWS services
- Experience configuring and managing Kubernetes clusters
- Practical experience of infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform or Ansible
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana
- Experience with dynamically scaling infrastructure
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Pragmatic mindset
- Thrives on responsibility and ownership
- While we are using AWS ourselves, we will also consider candidates with a lot of cloud experience from a similar platform like Azure or GCP
