Football Beyond Borders is hiring a Recruitment & HR Manager to lead recruitment across the charity and act as the day-to-day HR lead. You will offer trusted advice to managers, support complex employee relations cases and ensure our policies are fair, legally sound and easy to use.
You’ll align people processes with our mission, manage offers, onboarding, contracts, leave and benefits, and drive safer recruitment and data-informed decisions to improve the staff experience.
