The Women's Super League have an exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, Safety and Sustainability and league consultants delivering projects across multiple themes including but not limited to Infrastructure, Match Day Safety, and Sustainability.
What will you be doing?
- Drive and support multiple working groups in the delivery of projects.
- Organise meetings, logistics, agendas and record actions and minutes.
- Support the programme lead in delivery of multi workforce sessions i.e. safety officer workshops.
- Work collaboratively with all league departments to ensure successful delivery of the league business plan.
- Collate information and develop department reports when required for monthly reporting i.e. risk registers.
- Raise Purchase Orders and assist with any financial processes to support efficient running of the business.
- Execute additional tasks as required to meet changing priorities of an evolving business.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

Sustainability
- Lead the development and implementation of an internal approach to environmental sustainability and framework for action.
- Coordinate the Internal sustainability working group.
- Coordinate the cross-football sustainability group.
- Work with key stakeholders and external consultants to capture data for the leagues carbon footprint reporting.
Safety & Security
- Support the development and implementation of the league match day safety and security strategy.
- Drive the development and delivery of innovation projects and manage project deliverables i.e. Fan Choice Alcohol in Bowl Pilot.
- Support the development and delivery of the League Safety and Security Conference and monthly meetings.
- Support the Safety and Security Working Group.
- Support the Match Observer Programme.
- Track and analyse data from projects throughout the season.
Infrastructure projects
- Support the Head of Infrastructure, Safety and Sustainability in developing league regulations and monitoring compliance.
- Support the development and delivery of club Infrastructure projects across member clubs for successful league delivery.
- Execute additional tasks as required to meet Women's Super League Football's changing priorities.

What are we looking for?
Essential for the role:
- Interest and knowledge of the sports industry in general and the football / women's football industry in particular.
- Experience of handling multiple projects and working groups.
- Experience in stakeholder management - both internal and external.
- Understanding of policies, licenses and regulations.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and databases.
- Entry level knowledge of financial and budgeting processes within an office environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
Beneficial to have:
- Knowledge and experience of sport/ capital development projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge and experience of sustainability in sport.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent (areas such as sports, sustainability, crowd management).
- Formal qualification in project management such as Prince II or similar (is an advantage but not a necessity).
- Driving License.
