At The Football Association, we are committed to delivering excellence on and off the pitch. As part of this, we are transforming how we work through the implementation of Workday, a major programme that will modernise our people and finance systems.
We are now looking for a Workday Finance Training & Communications Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our colleagues are fully supported through this transformation.
The Opportunity:
This is a high impact role sitting at the heart of a multi phase Workday implementation. You will help develop the training and communications approach for our Finance modules, helping teams across the organisation confidently adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.
You will work closely with our Change Management Lead, internal stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver a seamless transition to Workday, ensuring learning is engaging, accessible and effective. With Finance modules central to the upcoming phases, your role will be critical in driving adoption and confidence across the business.
