We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering an outstanding payroll and benefits experience for our employees.

As our Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while delivering a seamless benefits experience.

Acting as a trusted point of contact, you'll provide a high-quality service, support employee wellbeing, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

This role is advertised as a fixed term contract for up to a period of 12 months.

What will you be doing?

End-to-end processing of two Casual payrolls (50-500 employees) using Workday.

Accurate process payroll inputs, ensuring employee data, pay elements, deductions and benefits are maintained and updated in line with payroll deadlines.

Administer employee benefits schemes, including pension arrangements.

Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits enquiries for the FA Council/Council Payrolls, providing timely and professional support.

Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension legislation, GDPR and internal policies and procedures.

Assist with Staff and Credit Card Expenses.

Executes additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
