Power the Technology Behind World-Class Events. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to help support the ticketing systems that underpin some of the UK's most iconic sporting and entertainment events at Wembley Stadium. Working closely with the Senior Ticketing & Applications Manager, you will play a key role in the administration, configuration, testing and continuous improvement of ticketing applications, ensuring a seamless experience for fans, stakeholders and event partners. Combining technical expertise with a passion for operational excellence, you will help maintain secure, reliable and high-performing systems that support the successful delivery of every event.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the ongoing development and implementation of Wembley Stadium's digital ticketing strategy and associated operational processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, process guides and configuration records for all relevant ticketing applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure ticketing data, system outputs and integrations are accurate, consistent and fit for purpose.
- Act as a key operational contact for ticketing-related application queries, supporting internal teams, event stakeholders and third-party partners where required.
- Support complex ticketing configurations across hospitality, membership and event operations where required.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing and operational validation for ticketing system updates, integrations and new functionality.
- Support the implementation and verification of pricing, inventory and ticketing configuration changes across all event types.
- Support operational consistency across the wider Ticketing team by assisting with process standardisation, documentation and application best practice.
- Support the management and monitoring of priority sales and general sales online.
- Support the preparation, validation and distribution of operational reporting, system data and event analysis.
- Deliver exemplary service to both customers, internal colleagues and event holders.
- Liaise with in-house and third-party service providers.
- Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.
