As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business, tasked with offering customers a first‑class shopping experience on the high street.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and make them feel like VIPs.
- Ask insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcase our products with style, piecing together sets, accessories and product add‑ons.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice, including fabric, weather‑durability, and product care.
- Create a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor, maintaining an inviting environment.
- Handle transactions with a smile and ensure every purchase ends on a positive note.
- Collaborate with colleagues to hit store targets while delivering excellent service as a team.
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure genuine care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly, approachable and organised with a can‑do attitude.
- No previous experience required – a passion for customer service and products is the key.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, and to adjust to varying opening hours.
- Under 18 working restriction – if under 18, not allowed to work after 10 pm.
