Description
We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening later this year at Wellington Square Shopping Centre, Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, TS18 1QX.
Please note: This is a new store opening. You will join the business as soon as possible for training, likely at another nearby store, and will be involved in selecting the team for the new store.
You will work with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values our front-end retail staff.
The primary role of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff, monitor activity, solve problems daily, and assist customers. You will support the Store Manager to maximize sales, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company standards.
