We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Hanley. There’s an established team in place, and you, the Store Manager, will work directly with your team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store’s daily operations and developing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs that increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

We invest in our training and development, and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate every step of the way.
