Overview
We are hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Bluewater. This is a temporary position working part-time hours. You will be contracted to 8 hours per week, with the scope for picking up additional hours during December. If successful, your temporary contract with us will start from Sunday 2nd November 2025 and run until Saturday 3rd January 2026.

Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business. They live and breathe our products. We\\\βre seeking passionate team members who are enthusiastic about showcasing our diverse products and going above and beyond for all of our customers. Your number one objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for our guests. We want to offer the best experience on the high street! You\\\βll DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer\\\βs needs and showcase our products with style, piecing together sets, accessories and product add-ons. As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customer through your exceptional service, attitude and behaviours. From day one you will receive in-depth training on our products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, then the product care and best matched product companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Ambassador.
About you
Don\\\βt worry too much about previous experience. We are looking for outgoing people with a friendly, outgoing, organised and can-do attitude. You will be positive and approachable. You must not be shy and will be able to approach customers with ease to spark up enthusiastic conversations.

- Become a PRO on all our products, helping customers make perfect choices that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Team up with your colleagues to hit store targets, keeping the shop floor fun and delivering excellent service together as a team.
- Keep our store sparkling clean and inviting, maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment.
- Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow both personally and professionally.
- Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Handle transactions with a smile, and make sure every purchase is the perfect way to end a shopping experience.
- Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and make sure our customers are genuinely cared for.
