Diversity for us is also, importantly, about building happy teams full of people that want to learn and want to be inspired by each other and our different experiences.
Recruitment process
We don’t look at CVs – just your answers to our application questions about customer service. If you have the availability we’re looking for and show that initial spark for delivering great service, we believe you deserve an interview. All applications are anonymous until the interview stage to help eliminate unconscious bias.
We review applications on an individual basis, and if we feel you would be a good fit we’ll invite you for a group interview for the role, and to see if we’re a good fit for you.
Footasylum is an equal opportunities employer. Please let us know if there any reasonable adjustments that need to be made, prior to you attending an interview.
We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, giving you a chance to learn about what we are doing in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you, and why you feel this is the opportunity for you.
Under 18 working restrictions: If you are under 18, you will not be able to work past 10pm. Some of our stores have extended opening hours over the festive period.
