The Role: Our Creative and Studio team are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Assistant to join us at SEVENSTORE. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. As Production Assistant, you will play a vital supporting role across both our studio and production functions - from managing daily product flow, to supporting the Creative Lead on brand campaigns and assisting in the production of internal creative projects. You will be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to turn your hand to whatever the day requires. A keen interest in fashion, photography, and creative production is essential, as is a collaborative mindset and a strong attention to detail. This is a fantastic entry point into the world of fashion creative production, offering broad exposure across studio operations, campaign shoots, and brand output at SEVENSTORE.
Responsibilities:
- Studio: Daily management of product flow in and out of the studio, responsible for logging intake numbers and ensuring the Studio and Product Trackers are consistently maintained and up to date, supporting clear visibility of stock across the team.
- Daily preparation of Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories ahead of Ecommerce production. Ensuring all incoming apparel is steamed and presented to a model-Ecommerce-ready standard, and that Footwear and Accessories are correctly prepped and organised for Still Life product shooting.
- Ad hoc support across the studio function, including collecting deliveries from the parcel room, welcoming visitors at the front desk, processing returns for external orders, and assisting the wider team in maintaining a tidy and organised studio environment.
- Production: Supporting the Creative Lead across all internal and third-party brand campaigns, including coordinating accommodation and travel bookings for the shoot team, researching and sourcing locations, and providing flexible support across any ad hoc tasks as required.
- Responsible for raising and documenting all purchase orders across studio operations, freelance bookings, and creative campaigns, ensuring all records are accurately maintained in line with the Creative Lead's management and oversight.
- Assisting the Creative Lead with post-production budget reporting, including the weekly submission of receipts across all creative shoots.
- Shoot scheduling and calendar management - assisting the Creative Lead in maintaining the studio shoot calendar, tracking upcoming production dates and flagging any conflicts or resourcing gaps in advance.
- Producing internal Creative shoots alongside a mid-weight photographer and stylist, with responsibility for budget management, model sourcing, location booking, and the on-set running of the shoot day.
- Acting as a key point of contact within the creative team during campaign shoots, serving as a central resource for the full shoot team throughout the day. Proactively anticipating the needs of the team, resolving on-set queries, and providing hands-on support wherever needed to ensure the shoot day runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
