About the Role

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our Creative and Studio team in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves daily product flow management, studio prep, and assisting the Creative Lead on brand campaigns and internal projects.

Responsibilities

  • Studio: Manage daily product flow in and out of the studio, log intake numbers, and keep studio and product trackers updated for clear visibility across the team. Prepare apparel, footwear, and accessories for e‑commerce and still‑life shoots—ensure apparel is steamed and ready for models, and that footwear/accessories are correctly prepped. Provide ad‑hoc studio support: collect deliveries, greet visitors at the front desk, process returns for external orders, and help maintain a tidy studio environment.
  • Production: Assist the Creative Lead on internal and third‑party brand campaigns: coordinate accommodation, travel, research and source locations, and provide flexible support on ad‑hoc tasks. Raise and document all purchase orders for studio operations, freelance bookings, and creative campaigns, ensuring accurate records. Support post‑production budget reporting by compiling weekly receipts for all creative shoots. Maintain the studio shoot calendar: schedule shoots, track dates, and flag any conflicts or resourcing gaps early. Produce internal creative shoots with a mid‑weight photographer and stylist—manage budgets, source models, book locations, and oversee on‑set operations. Act as the key point of contact during campaign shoots, anticipating team needs, resolving on‑set queries, and ensuring the shoot runs smoothly and efficiently.

About You

  • Entry‑level role suitable for a new graduate.
  • Keen interest in fashion, photography, and creative production.
  • Understanding of SEVENSTORE’s brand mix and diverse demographic.
  • Well‑organised, self‑disciplined, and possess strong time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude.
