The Role
As part of the Studio team, the Junior Photographer will act as the primary e‑commerce photographer across our apparel, footwear and accessories brands, supporting the Mid‑Weight Photographer with creative asset requests for e‑commerce and social media platforms. The role requires following SEVENSTORE’s creative vision, maintaining high imagery standards, and ensuring studio efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Action weekly e‑commerce shoots for apparel, footwear and accessories as set by the Creative Lead / Photographer Lead
- Support the Mid‑Weight Photographer with creative asset requests for e‑commerce and social media platforms
- Assist the photography team on wider campaign shoots
- Assist with weekly planning
- Record all assets shot and update weekly production trackers
- Maintain good studio practice, keeping work areas tidy and ensuring kit is stored correctly
- Collaborate closely with the retouch department, providing retouch notes and feedback
Qualifications
- Background in studio photography is required
- Good level of competency in shooting still‑life fashion product
- Ability to shoot e‑commerce stills and creative stills, demonstrated in a portfolio
- Ability to shoot assigned product within daily deadlines, balancing quality and quantity
- Strong understanding of studio functions such as retouch, production, and styling
- Team player, able to work with diverse team members across roles
- Strong understanding of SEVENSTORE’s brand roster and competitors
