This is an exciting opportunity to join our Ecommerce team supporting the drive of our website performance that tell key brand stories and marketing messages. The role will require you to collaborate with internal teams and driving continued and relentless improvement and innovation within the Ecommerce team.
The role sits within the larger Ecommerce department and will involve working extremely closely with the wider team. As part of our Ecommerce team, the responsibility of the Ecommerce Executive will be to assist in driving website performance by working with the Creative and Art working teams to update content across the website, with key brand stories and marketing messages. You will also assist with other on-site optimisations including creating and testing segmented customer experiences and developing search and merch rulesets to remove friction from the customer journey.

- Able to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly.

You will monitor the website daily, working with the creative team to deliver content updates and conducting regular website checks to ensure high performance. You will assist in the analysis of performance through daily, weekly and annual reporting. You will ensure that key categories are fully merchandised and optimised to drive sales. You will be doing site walks throughout the day to raise any potential issues – broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement and imagery.
You will be liaising with the wider team, to approve suitable products to be included on the website and all featured marketing communications to ensure best stock is marketed to its maximum potential. You will be working with the wider UX team to build and develop experiences aimed at removing friction and optimising sales. You will improve the journey for the customers by reviewing search words and drop offs. You will merchandise search terms and manage search analytics.
You will be using analytics tools including Google Analytics and other behavioural analytics platforms to monitor alerts, tracking & consumer journey data. You will use rule-based algorithms and manual modification to merchandise the website and mobile app. You will monitor web stock levels, sell through rate and margin to make merchandising decisions for products. You will work with the merchandising teams to build and maintain onsite collection for targeted promotions. You will work with the wider CRM, Affiliate and Social teams to ensure fluidity in brand pushes to create seamless journey for customers.
