We are hiring Part‑Time Sales Assistants for our stores in Fosse Park, Leicester. The role is 8 hours per week, with flexible hours Monday‑Sunday but primarily during our busiest weekend days.
In this role you will be the heartbeat of our business, greeting and helping customers to find the best products and creating a first‑class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Make customers feel like VIPs with your service, ensuring they leave with smiles.
- Become a product expert, helping customers choose items that fit their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
- Work with colleagues to hit store targets, keeping the shop floor fun and delivering excellent service together as a team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Engage enthusiastically in training sessions to grow personally and professionally.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current trends and product knowledge.
- Handle transactions correctly and with a smile.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the go‑to person for customer questions, resolving issues and ensuring customers are genuinely cared for.
