We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening in Spring 2026 in Merthyr Tydfil at Cyfarthfa Shopping Park. This is a brand new store. As the new assistant store manager, alongside the new store manager, you will be heavily involved in the selection and recruitment of your new team. Until the store opens, you will be based in another nearby store for training.
About the role:
- An Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the store’s day-to-day responsibilities.
- You will take on managerial tasks such as overseeing employees, modelling effective leadership and offering excellent customer service.
- A primary responsibility is to carry out the Manager’s role in their absence.
- This role provides training to advance to the Store Manager position.

About You:
- Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role within a fast‑paced environment.
