Are you ready to defy ordinary? We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Digital Trade team. What You'll Do
- Plan & deliver campaigns: Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns, plus push notifications.
- Database management: Support segmentation strategies and maintain database cleanliness.
- Optimise communications: Build, schedule, test, and refine email campaigns.
- Analyse & report: Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports, set benchmarks, and recommend improvements.
- Experiment & innovate: Create testing plans, log results, and continuously enhance automated communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure CRM strategies align with wider business goals.
- Support integrations: Work with the Senior CRM Manager on technical projects and system development.
- Drive improvement: Champion innovation and continuous optimisation within the CRM department.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of CRM experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or Ometria.
