What You'll Do

  • Plan & deliver campaigns: Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns, plus push notifications.
  • Database management: Support segmentation strategies and maintain database cleanliness.
  • Optimise communications: Build, schedule, test, and refine email campaigns.
  • Analyse & report: Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports, set benchmarks, and recommend improvements.
  • Experiment & innovate: Create testing plans, log results, and continuously enhance automated communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure CRM strategies align with wider business goals.
  • Support integrations: Work with the Senior CRM Manager on technical projects and system development.
  • Drive improvement: Champion innovation and continuous optimisation within the CRM department.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of CRM experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or Ometria.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
