This role brings internal Footasylum brands to market through all touchpoints, including briefing of creatives, budget management, brand strategy, calendar planning, managing the full GPM process and internal project ownership.
You will be responsible for marketing multiple internal Footasylum brands including Dripmade, Forena & Epic Kid, so a solid understanding of different consumer groups is vital. Internal and external relationship management is essential, and you will need to display excellent communication skills. You’ll work with our internal buying, merchandising, creative, wholesale, ecomm and retail teams. The environment is fast-paced and energetic, and you will be expected to bring maturity and passion to the role. Experience within fashion or brand roles would be preferable.
The Team: The brand marketing team functions as part of the larger marketing department. We work closely with creative, ecomm and the studio team to bring brands and campaigns to market in line with individual consumer groups. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will have weekly meetings to discuss workload and goals. There are quarterly meetings with wider stakeholders to discuss longer-term strategy and goals. Our goal is to help you learn new skills, gain experience and continually improve your knowledge of the consumer. You will be supported and encouraged to take on new challenges to expand your knowledge of the brand marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with internal buying and merchandising to ensure key brands and products are highlighted in Footasylum campaigns and across all touchpoints.
- Lead on quick go-to-market for product-based campaigns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Brief creatives and plan monthly calendars.
- Internal and external relationship management.
Qualifications: Experience within fashion or brand roles would be preferable.
