  • Style the full fit: Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
  • Know the product, know the culture: Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
  • Host the hype: Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
  • Chase the win: Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
  • Keep it premium: Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
