Description
We are hiring Junior Producerto join our in-house studio team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing theFootasylum brand to life at retail, with product and storytelling at the heart of everything we do.
As a Junior Producer you’ll be part of an established campaign team of content creators, collaborating with the highly experienced videographers, photographers, stylists, creatives, and marketing professionals. Footasylum’s in-house team is responsible for producing all marketing content, from impactful campaigns with globally leading brands to large seasonal moments for the FA estate.
You’ll be passionate aboutstreetwear cultureand engaged in the trends that define it. That passion will drive everything you do. The role involves working alongside studio departments and head office teams to take projects from kick off to completion using established processes to communicate progress with the team and to make sure the task is on time and on budget.
The Team
The Studio Team sits within the wider Marketing Department and operates out of The Sharp Project in Manchester. While our physical home is in the studio, we’re in constant collaboration with Head Office and the rest of the business. We work across Footasylum’s Own Brands as well as iconic sportswear and streetwear names.
Every day is different, and the pace is fast. From daily eComm shoots to full-blown campaigns and in-store activations, our team thrives on creativity, teamwork, and shared passion for the culture we represent. We’re committed to making content that not only looks amazing but connects deeply with our customer.
The Studio is a dynamic and exciting place to work with every day being different. We have eComm running daily, as well as teams working on social and creative photoshoots. The team strive to create amazing content, always wanting to progress and develop their skills. Teamwork is huge over at the studio. We work collaboratively, supporting and encouraging one another to produce work which we are proud of. It is a fast-paced environment with new jobs being discussed, planned, and shot every day.

Showcasing an element of planning experience and negotiation tactics will be a key skillset judged in the hire of the successful candidate.

What you will be doing:
Off Set
- You will be assisting the Lead Producer with project management related tasks including budgeting and external bookings.
- You will work effectively alongside senior members of the team ensuring all responsibilities are met.
- You will be proficient in the Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office.
- You will have a full understanding of all tasks labelled at a Tier 3 level, scheduling pre-production meetings and building out project timelines.
- You will proactively developing external communication with a tenacious appetite to getting the job done on time and in full.
- You will be building on relationships with known agencies for creative and studio model bookings and tracking all information associated for future data use.
- You will be completing shoot documents and tracking information per project. Sourcing missing information to complete required documents.
- You will be managing any assigned tasks with clear and concise communication back to lead on any progress.
- You will have a passion for understanding what is required when looking after the wellbeing of crew with the aim of always keeping a good shoot team morale.
- You will be reporting regularly on production progression to key stakeholders as this is essential to studio efficiencies both financial and time management.
On Set
- You will be assisting in general shoot management for senior production team projects.
- You will be setting the team up for multiple location shoots in the best way to win using a passion for details.
- You will follow built timings and shoot schedule vocalising timings with the set crew.
- You will be communicating on set arrivals / deliveries to seniors. Often acting upon the best approach when the shoot is busy and in full flow.
- You will lead pre shoot brief to the team dictating relevant points to the different shoot area teams, including risk assessments.
- You will vocalise new information effectively to seniors promptly in the aim of highlighting any potential future changes to the schedule.
- You will have an ability to problem solve and fix any ongoing issues to fulfil the detailed deliverables requested inside the financial goal posts.
