Overview

As a Junior Creative, you will join our Creative Team within the Footasylum Marketing Department, ensuring a consistent visual tone of voice across all Footasylum touch points. You will generate and develop creative concepts and manage them through the pre- and post-production process. You will answer Marketing briefs, produce creative campaign concept documents and collaborate with the Studio and wider Marketing team to ensure campaigns come to fruition. The Creative team works closely with Brand, Ecommerce and the Studio team to bring campaigns to life. You will report into the Creative Lead and have weekly workload/goal-setting discussions, with quarterly meetings to review longer-term strategy. The Studio is a fast-paced, dynamic place with daily ecommerce work, social and creative photoshoots, and a culture of collaboration and ongoing skill development.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop creative concepts and manage them through preproduction and postproduction.
  • Answer Marketing briefs and produce creative campaign concept documents.
  • Collaborate with the Studio and wider Marketing team to bring campaigns to fruition.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment supporting on-set and on-brand delivery.

Qualifications

  • Studied relevant arts subject in higher education or have relevant experience within the creative industries.
  • Solid understanding of creative concept generation.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Some graphic design experience.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility in a reactive environment.
  • Familiar with receiving feedback and implementing into work.
  • Excellent grasp of industry trends and passion for streetwear and footwear.
  • Understanding of digital and physical campaign delivery.
  • Excellent collaborator.
