Assistant Store Manager (FOOTASYLUM)
We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join our exciting new store opening in Glasgow in Spring 2026 at Silverburn Shopping Centre. This brand‑new store will be fully equipped with a modern retail environment and a passionate team who will help drive our fashion retail business forward.
As the new assistant store manager, you will be heavily involved in the selection and recruitment of your team, and you will be based in another nearby store until the new store opens to undergo training. You will then assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day responsibilities, oversee employees, model effective leadership and provide excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility is to carry out the Manager’s role in their absence, giving you the experience you need to transition into the role of a full Store Manager.
We invest in training and development and will support you with 1‑2‑1 meetings, training sessions, and continuous feedback so you can thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us.
