We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our successful Executive Team on a 12‑Month FTC (Maternity Cover). You will have an impact on day‑to‑day operations of the office. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of the business, helping senior leaders stay organised, focused, and able to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discretion is of the utmost importance for this role, so you must be professional when dealing with confidential matters.
  • This role requires you to liaise with all areas of the business, so your communication skills must be strong.
  • Manage busy diaries, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
  • Manage inboxes and prioritise emails.
  • Screen and handle emails and enquiries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Support executives with day‑to‑day administration and organisation.
  • Help keep the Head Office running smoothly.
  • Maintain and update files, records, and SharePoint documents.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Organise and maintain effective filing systems.
  • Support continuous improvements to administrative processes.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Organise meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and social events.
  • Build positive relationships across the business.
  • Liaise with senior managers, department heads, employees, and external contacts.
  • Respond to queries and ensure requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide support to the Head of ESG on sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist with policy updates, charity partnerships, reporting, and related projects.
  • Help coordinate activities that support the company's ESG goals.
