Description
We are hiring a DC Stock Control Manager to join our successful Profit Protection Department. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department and have a direct positive impact on business operations.
Responsibilities
- Deal with any stock integrity checks/investigations and Ad-Hoc requests coming in from stakeholders across the business.
- Responsible for all stock related reporting/trackers/dashboards and team admin.
- Management of security tag holding and stock removal requests for the business.
- Conduct data analysis to design and implement action plans and to aid key stakeholder decisions relating to operational changes and enhancements.
- To report evidence of stock mismanagement to the PP and DC management team.
- Conduct detailed audits of internal transit pallets from bulk to pickface and vice versa.
- Manage all HR related tasks for both the stock investigator team and cycle count team (AWOL/Sickness/Return to works/Annual leave/Disciplinaries).
- Time management (Rotas) and attendance logging for Payroll submission.
- Manage the Count Map across two sites, ensuring all locations have been counted and investigating data to prioritise count locations.
- Train new starters and any agency staff hired at peak times.

The Profit Protection team is an extended family split into departments. The departments are split to ensure full focus is provided across all areas of business risk relating to supply chain.

About You
Ideally, you will have experience within a retail environment and exposure to dealing with stock, at a head office level. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work under pressure, be adaptable and resilient is necessary.
You will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business.
