Assistant Store Manager - Metro Store

We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Metro Store.

There’s an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum believes in supporting our front-end retail staff.

An Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, overseeing employees, demonstrating effective leadership, and providing excellent customer service. A key role is to perform the Manager’s duties in their absence, with the goal of developing into a Store Manager through training and experience.

We invest heavily in training and development, aiming to create an environment where employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will receive support through regular 1-2-1s, training, and the necessary tools to thrive and feel empowered in your journey with us.

About you:

• You must have a passion for Fashion Retail and align with our company ethos.
• Previous experience in Fashion Retail is preferred.
• Experience managing, motivating, and training a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly organized with a customer-focused attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry.
