Description
We are hiring formultiple Part-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening next month at Parc Trostre Retail Park in Llanelli – Wales.
Please note: this is a brand new store opening in August. There are various part-time contracts available from 8 hours per week, with the ideal candidates being fully flexible Saturday – Sunday.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 22nd July 2025.
Theres an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end retail staff.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customer through your exceptional service, attitude and behaviours. The goal is to provide high-class customer service whilst increasing the companys growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employee can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you, every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1s, training, and support will be available but most importantly, you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us.
