We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening in Spring 2026 in Merthyr Tydfil at Cyfarthfa Shopping Park. Please note: this is a brand new store. We are excited to be opening in a new location.
As the new Store Manager, you will be heavily involved in the selection and recruitment of your new team. Until the store opens, you will be based in another nearby store to undergo your training. There will be an established team in place, and you, the Store Manager, will be working directly with your team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible.
Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store's daily operations. You will be able to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and have the ability to market programs in ways that will increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you every step of the way.
