We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our successful Executive Team on a 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover). You will have the opportunity to have an impact on day-to-day operations of the office. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of the business, helping senior leaders stay organised, focused, and able to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

The role is varied and will include:

  • Executive Support
    • Manage busy diaries, meetings, and appointments.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
    • Manage inboxes and prioritise emails.
    • Screen and handle emails and enquiries.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
    • Support executives with day-to-day administration and organisation.
  • Business & Office Support
    • Help keep the Head Office running smoothly.
    • Maintain and update files, records, and SharePoint documents.
    • Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
    • Organise and maintain effective filing systems.
    • Support continuous improvements to administrative processes.
  • Travel & Event Coordination
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
    • Organise meetings, events, and company activities.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and social events.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build positive relationships across the business.
    • Liaise with senior managers, department heads, employees, and external contacts.
    • Respond to queries and ensure requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • ESG & Sustainability Support
    • Provide support to the Head of ESG on sustainability initiatives.
    • Assist with policy updates, charity partnerships, reporting, and related projects.
    • Help coordinate activities that support the company's ESG goals.
