We attract top talent who are dedicated to our mission and thrive on engaging in our unique approach, services and techniques to provide exceptional outcomes for our clients.

We hire on attitude not just CV; the successful candidate must be a team player and fit into our relaxed yet professional clinic ethos.
This role is ideal for a podiatrist who enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, digging into movement patterns, exploring best treatment options, manufacturing orthotics and tailoring treatment plans around the individual rather than a template. You’ll be involved in MSK assessment, gait analysis, orthotic prescription and manufacture in our workshop, long-term rehabilitation strategies, shockwave therapy and routine footcare.
There is also a great opportunity to develop skills in additional clinical areas if desired, including:
- Injection therapy
- Routine podiatric care
This role would suit a podiatrist who:

- Is naturally curious and eager to contribute to our team and put their hand to any required tasks
- Is motivated and proactive about developing their clinical skills
- Has a genuine interest in sport and movement
- Values building strong patient and referrer relationships to provide them the best outcome
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment to help take Foot Factor to the next level
- BSc or MSc in Podiatry and HCPC registration
- POM-A and POM-S annotations
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience, we will consider someone with less experience if they have the right attributes and attitude
- A strong interest in MSK podiatry, orthotics, biomechanics and orthopaedics is key
- Computer literate, including clinical record packages and office 365
- Experience with custom and OTC orthotics
- Orthotic manufacturing experience
- Experience using gait analysis technology (pressure plates, video analysis, etc.)
- A genuine passion and interest for sport and physical activity
- Experience in nail surgery
- Further study or CPD in MSK, Sports Medicine, or Research
- Prior experience with footwear fitting, particularly running shoes or ski boots
Why Foot Factor?
- Strong emphasis on person-centred, evidence-based care
- Exposure to state-of-the-art equipment
- We aim to provide full-scope podiatric care including same day orthotics, shockwave therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, rehab advice, nail and skin surgery and injections.
- Support to develop specialist interests alongside a broad clinical skillset
- A team that values enthusiasm, initiative, and thoughtful clinical reasoning
- CPD opportunities including shadowing our network of referrers, courses and through our suppliers
- Links with local running shops for product training and discounts
- Opportunities to work with elite athletes and teams
- We prioritize creating an environment that fosters growth, innovation and collaboration to ensure that our team and business thrives.
If you feel you’re an exceptional podiatrist who would fit this role at Foot Factor then we’d love to hear from you.
