Why this role matters: You will contribute to the successful delivery of commercial property development projects for a range of clients, ensuring that matters progress efficiently from start to completion.
What you’ll do:
- Support fee-earners across a broad range of commercial property development matters.
- Assist with acquisitions, disposals and development transactions.
- Manage and review documents, including titles, contracts, and reports.
- Manage key dates, deadlines and general transaction progress.
- Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
- Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
- Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
- Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
