What you’ll do:
- Manage matter set‑up and administration, ensuring compliance with risk and internal procedures.
- Handle post‑completion processes, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, responding to requisitions, tracking progress and keeping clients informed.
- Provide support on acquisitions and disposals within client property portfolios.
- Assist with lease and license management, including landlord and tenant matters.
- Support with title administration and portfolio management – reviewing title documents, conducting Land Registry searches and maintaining accurate records.
- Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house‑style documents.
- Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
- Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
- Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
