This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Succession & Tax team, working with a diverse client base on estate and succession matters. You'll gain hands-on experience in inheritance tax, succession planning and estate administration, while developing your technical expertise under the guidance of senior colleagues. This role offers a clear path for progression, supported by structured development and transparent promotion criteria.
What you'll do:- Assist in the creation, structuring and administration of UK and offshore trusts.
- Support senior colleagues on complex trust reorganisations, tax planning strategies and compliance matters.
- Work on multi-jurisdictional trust and estate issues for high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice to trustees, beneficiaries and family offices.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Continue building your technical expertise with structured support and mentoring from senior team members.
- NQ-2 years PQE with an interest/focus on private wealth, tax and trusts matters.
- Experience advising on UK trust structures, succession, and tax planning (international exposure is a plus).
- Ideally STEP qualified or working towards the accreditation, but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning from senior colleagues.
- Commitment to building long-term client relationships and developing your career within private wealth law.
