This role offers the chance to take ownership of commercial property transactions and play a visible part in client work. We’re offering a strong platform for a mid-level lawyer looking to broaden their experience, build a profile within the team and take the next step in their career.

What you’ll do:
  • Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
  • Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
  • Act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
  • Support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined-up advice.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3-5 years PQE with solid technical experience in commercial property transactions and asset management.
  • Someone comfortable managing their own matters while contributing to team objectives.
