As an Associate in one of the UK's leading clinical negligence firms, you'll be helping clients to achieve justice, accountability and fair compensation for those who have been adversely affected by negligent medical treatment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters, with support from a highly experienced team.
- Handle a broad mix of cases involving misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, surgical errors, birth and maternity injuries and more.
- Guide clients through complex and emotional situations, providing clear legal advice with genuine empathy.
- Work closely with medical experts and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to a positive team culture where learning, client care and quality work are truly valued.
What we’re looking for:
- NQ-3 years PQE or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to manage evidence-heavy, detail-driven claims.
- A confident communicator who can build trust with clients and explain complex issues in a simple manner.
- Empathetic attitude with a client-focussed mindset, committed to supporting clients through emotionally challenging cases.
