What you’ll do:
- Provide clients across all our service lines with a dedicated team, supported by modern case management systems and technology.
- Work closely with the Conveyancing team, supporting day‑to‑day legal operations, managing processes, handling client communications and ensuring matters progress efficiently and compliantly.
- Be part of a high-performing legal support function, contributing to the operational effectiveness of our Conveyancing services.
- Provide efficient and reliable administrative and process support to the Conveyancing team, helping ensure matters progress smoothly.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, delivering consistent and professional client service to new and repeat clients.
- Support matter inception and administration, including preparing confirmation of instruction letters, maintaining central records, and setting up new clients and matters accurately on systems.
- Ensure quality, compliance and procedural standards are met across all files.
- Collate and complete due diligence in line with Anti Money Laundering regulations.
- Manage routine client communications and information gathering to support compliant file opening and progression.
- Develop a strong understanding of legal processes, systems and controls, providing an excellent platform for progression into Legal Operations, process improvement or legal support roles more broadly.

- Naturally organised, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and attentive to detail.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role (experience within a legal or regulated environment is helpful but not essential).
