- What you’ll do
- Act as the central point of coordination for the Core Infrastructure and Applications team, balancing project delivery alongside day-to-day operational priorities.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, ensuring workloads are realistic, resources are effectively utilised and priorities remain aligned to business needs.
- Facilitate team stand-ups, planning sessions and regular delivery reviews to keep work visible, organised and progressing.
- Maintain oversight of team activity through Azure Dev Ops and other delivery tools, providing clear reporting on progress, risks and capacity.
- Provide technical oversight across infrastructure and application changes, ensuring work is reviewed and aligned to agreed standards before implementation.
- Support colleagues with troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical decision-making when required.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to understand priorities, manage expectations and communicate progress.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, helping the team deliver project milestones and operational commitments successfully.
- Monitor team capacity, dependencies and delivery risks, ensuring issues are escalated and addressed at the right time.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture where communication, teamwork and continuous improvement are encouraged.

- What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in delivery management, project coordination or operational leadership within a technology or IT environment.
- A strong technical background in infrastructure, applications or technology operations, with the ability to understand technical challenges and guide discussions with confidence.
- Experience overseeing technical delivery, managing competing priorities and balancing project and operational workloads.
- The ability to review, challenge and validate technical solutions, changes or implementation plans.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience managing workload, resource allocation and delivery schedules.
- Experience using delivery management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping work moving forward.
- Experience supporting and coaching colleagues through regular collaboration and day-to-day leadership.
- An understanding of IT service management, change management or ITIL principles would be beneficial, but not essential.
- A shared passion for collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering great outcomes for both colleagues and clients.
