What you’ll do:
- Assist in a wide range of property litigation matters concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants.
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team who will train and help to develop your skills.
- Engage in pre-action correspondence with third parties.
- Take instructions from clients and regularly keep them updated.
- Support senior fee earners on their own cases, helping with discrete tasks or larger projects across the team.
What we’re looking for:
- 1 year + experience as a paralegal. Litigation experience is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude.
- A methodical approach with an extremely high level of attention to detail, content, and presentation of work.
