What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
- Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
- Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Have the opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory role within the team, with clear pathways for progression.
What we’re looking for
- A proven track record of providing high quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/professional services environment.
- Previous experience with Charities, Trusts & Probate and/or Private Client matters is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong Word, Excel, Case Management, PDF docs and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
- Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
