What you’ll do

• You’ll be joining at an exciting time, with the opportunity to help shape the future of our internal applications and automation solutions.
• You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team who are committed to helping you develop solid Power Platform engineering practices – without needing to be an expert from day one.
• Work closely with our Project Management Office (PMO) and IT Service teams to support and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions aligned with our digital transformation goals.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand user needs, functional requirements, and the challenges they’re trying to solve.
• Design and develop no‑code/low‑code applications on the Power Platform to help deliver automation, integration, and improved data flows.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support a continuous‑delivery mindset.
• Create and maintain clear documentation to support future development, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
• Assist with testing, handover arrangements and knowledge‑sharing to ensure smooth service transition.
• Support secure configuration of applications, including access controls such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Work with structured and unstructured information to help deliver reliable, data‑driven outcomes.
• Champion good practice throughout the software development lifecycle as you continue to build your expertise.

What we’re looking for

• We’re looking for a Junior Power Platform Engineer to join our growing Data Engineering Team – working alongside a highly skilled Power Platform team and becoming part of a forward‑thinking, ambitious law firm that’s investing heavily in digital transformation.
• This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful projects from day one, while being supported with training, mentoring and structured development.
• As you build confidence and capability, you’ll have a clear pathway to progress toward mid‑level and beyond.
• You don’t need to be an expert – but you do need a foundation in Service Desk delivery/support, or another technically related role, along with a real passion and willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience of working within an IT or software development team.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum environments.
• A curious, analytical approach to problem solving.
• A collaborative nature and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
• An interest in growing your skills within Power Platform engineering.
