What you’ll do

- You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team who are committed to helping you develop solid Power Platform engineering practices – without needing to be an expert from day one.
- Work closely with our Project Management Office (PMO) and IT Service teams to support and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions aligned with our digital transformation goals.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand user needs, functional requirements, and the challenges they’re trying to solve.
- Design and develop no‑code/low‑code applications on the Power Platform to help deliver automation, integration, and improved data flows.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support a continuous‑delivery mindset.
- Create and maintain clear documentation to support future development, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
- Assist with testing, handover arrangements and knowledge‑sharing to ensure smooth service transition.
- Support secure configuration of applications, including access controls such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Work with structured and unstructured information to help deliver reliable, data‑driven outcomes.
- Champion good practice throughout the software development lifecycle as you continue to build your expertise.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
