What you’ll do:

  • Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients as well as corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors.
  • Play an important part in growing and developing the Property Litigation team over time.
  • Handle your own caseload whilst knowing when and how to seek support and guidance on more challenging matters.
  • We will encourage you to actively engage with clients early on, supporting you to increase your confidence through high quality supervision, and promoting further independence over time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise across a range of contentious property matters, you will be experienced in disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants.
  • You might already be seeking a positive and proactive environment where you can realise your own entrepreneurial potential by building new client relationships whilst nurturing existing ones.
  • You’ll be personally motivated to continue developing your skills with clients, seeking to understand the wider context of their business interests and gaining confidence over time in order to provide relevant advice at the right moment.
