What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coordinate technical delivery activity across multiple projects, products and teams, ensuring technical delivery remains aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities to enable predictable and efficient delivery.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure technical delivery and change management activities are aligned.
  • Partner with architects and engineers to shape delivery approaches that balance speed, quality, scalability and technical best practice.
  • Facilitate technical workshops, planning sessions and discussions, ensuring clear decisions, ownership and next steps.
  • Drive delivery planning, forecasting and continuous improvement activities across the team.
  • Coach and support teams in Agile ways of working, helping create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance within projects, using metrics and insights to support decision-making and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a key link between engineering teams, leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the technical delivery lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading or managing technical delivery within Agile environments.
  • A strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and how applications, systems and cloud platforms work together.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Experience managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies and competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • The confidence to facilitate technical discussions and work closely with engineers and architects to overcome delivery challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value and achieving outcomes.
  • Experience using Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or hybrid methodologies.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement, helping teams evolve their ways of working and delivery practices.
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly through reporting, documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.

Experience within the legal sector, or with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Peppermint CX365 or similar enterprise technologies, would be advantageous but is not essential.
