This is a unique opportunity to develop in a business growth role within one of our largest practice groups focussing on sector specific work.
What you’ll do:
- Build up the firm’s offering focusing on investments in real assets – transactions centred around energy, infrastructure or real estate assets (including hotels, student accommodation, development assets, offices etc.)
- Work on a large variety of national and international transactions, including cross‑border investments in high‑value assets.
- Collaborate with sector‑specific teams across the firm including energy, infrastructure developer and Islamic finance sectors.
- Benefit from the right balance of responsibility and independence from the outset, to work confidently with your own transactions and client relationships.
- Engage in business development, both for the team and the firm, with support for profile building and networking activities from the start.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer looking for the next step in your career to build and craft your own practice.
- Exposure to corporate transactions focussed on energy, infrastructure or real estate assets.
- Exposure to cross‑border transactions, Islamic finance or real‑asset investment funds is preferable but not essential.
- Self‑motivation, client and market focussed, with a desire to actively contribute towards the continued success of a team with a strong track record of recently delivered growth.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
