Role overview
- Paralegal Islamic Finance team
- Full‑time, Bristol
- High‑profile clients across a range of exciting sectors
What you’ll do
- Assist with the preparation or review of reports on title and certificates of title
- Draft facility and security documentation based on client templates
- Manage the process for satisfying conditions precedent on financing transactions
- Coordinate clear document management, including preparing and maintaining records
- Support post‑completion formalities including land registrations and SDLT returns
- Provide excellent client service
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained
- Offer further support to fee earners and the team on more complex matters (with support)
What we’re looking for
- Some paralegal experience (ideally property or banking related) and a desire to work in our Islamic Finance team
- Specialist IF experience is not essential
- Ambition, drive, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude
- Excellent clear, concise, and effective written communication skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to reassure and remain calm and professional at all times
- Commercial awareness and business aptitude in making day‑to‑day decisions
