Role overview

  • Paralegal Islamic Finance team
  • Full‑time, Bristol

What you’ll do

  • Assist with the preparation or review of reports on title and certificates of title
  • Draft facility and security documentation based on client templates
  • Manage the process for satisfying conditions precedent on financing transactions
  • Coordinate clear document management, including preparing and maintaining records
  • Support post‑completion formalities including land registrations and SDLT returns
  • Provide excellent client service
  • Ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained
  • Offer further support to fee earners and the team on more complex matters (with support)

What we’re looking for

  • Some paralegal experience (ideally property or banking related) and a desire to work in our Islamic Finance team
  • Specialist IF experience is not essential
  • Ambition, drive, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude
  • Excellent clear, concise, and effective written communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to reassure and remain calm and professional at all times
  • Commercial awareness and business aptitude in making day‑to‑day decisions
