What you’ll do

  • Deliver high‑quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
  • Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
  • Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
  • Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house‑style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Have the opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory role within the team, with clear pathways for progression.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record of providing high quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/professional services environment.
  • Previous experience in Private Client matters is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong Word, Excel, Case Management, PDF docs and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
  • The desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative, and friendly team.
